Acne is the most common and natural phenomena which most of us have faced or still facing. Acne mostly happens in our teenage or in other words between the age of 13 to 19 but in some people it may persists life long

SCIENCE BEHIND ACNE
There is a Gland called Sebaceous gland which is present just under our skin surface. The sebaceous gland is responsible for secretion of SEBUM which is an oily secretion.
SEBUM is meant for removing dead skin cells just under the skin and provide Lubrication.But if it releases in excess it may cause a problem. So what determines how much sebum is produced

LET US UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHY ACNE HAPPEN
As I told earlier Sebaceous gland produces Sebum which is excreted through pores present on our skin but due to excess of Oil, dead skin cells and Dirt those pores get blocked
Excess oil + Dirt + Bacteria = PIMPLE
Another reason for getting these Pimples is Working out ,does not matter you workout in a gym or any outside field
Working out releases Testosterone ( to build muscles) which results in more production of Sebum and ultimately you get pimples.
And also while working out you release more sweat which increases the amount of bacteria under your skin pores and the pores get blocked which result in acne .
More sweat = more bacteria = more acne
But does this mean you should stop working out?? HELL NO
LET US COME TO THE TREATMENT OF ACNE NOW
Friends before coming to the solution part I want to say that acne is natural and it doe not get treated in one or two days . It is a slow process and during the cure of Acne you need to have patience.
Medication can cure acne quickly but it does have some side effects. SO just relax and do not lower your self confidence because of these ACNE. it happens to most of us at some point of life.

Just stop for a second and think what you ate today. Most of you must have eaten food items containing dirty fat.
Fast food like burger ,pizza, french fries contain trans fats and oil in excess and have a bad effect on your skin which ultimately makes our skin more Acne prone.

SKIN CARE
Skin care is another important thing to keep in mind while trying to get rid of acne.
USE A FACE WASH twice a day ,there are plenty of face washes available in the market so how will you choose the best one for you ??.
well that depends on your skin type ,just try 3-4 face washes and you will get to know which one suits you.
You can also start using acne cleansers they penetrate through the pore and eliminate the clogging of pores
AVOID SOAP
Stop using soap if you are facing the problem of acne as using soap can make the problem worse.
A piece of advice i would love to mention is that stop touching your face with your hands as our hands contain lot of bacteria and which results in pimples or acne. Along with this i would suggest that stop pricking the pimples as it can make the acne problem worse.
MEDICATION
If the above two factors does not minimize your acne problem and you think the acne problem is getting worse than you may consult a Dermatalogists . But personally i don't like medication process as Diet and a healthy Skin care routines are enough to get us rid from the problem of acne . But if you are still facing the problem you may consult a skin specialist.
